Clears every piece of on-chain state the two dropped chains hold, and stops paying consensus
relayer rewards for them. Both chains are already gone from the tesseract registry, the SDK and
the indexer, so this is the on-chain half of a decision that has otherwise landed.
One Utility.batchAll holding three calls:
| Call | Effect | |
|---|---|---|
| 0 | consensusIncentives.removeIncentives({ Evm: 1868 }, ETH0) |
stops Soneium consensus rewards |
| 1 | consensusIncentives.removeIncentives({ Evm: 130 }, ETH0) |
stops Unichain consensus rewards |
| 2 | system.killStorage(39 keys) |
clears everything else |
removeIncentives is used for the two StateMachinesCostPerBlock entries because the pallet
offers it and it emits StateMachineCostPerBlockRemoved. Nothing else has a removal extrinsic:ismpOptimism exposes only setOracleAddress and setDisputeGameFactories, and pallet_ismp
can create or update a consensus state but never delete one. That is why the rest goes throughkillStorage.

9 entries |
Every key was read back from Nexus before being included, decoded against its map's hasher, and
checked to resolve to Evm(1868), Evm(130), SON0 or UNI0. All 39 currently hold a value.
The nine fisherman entries are Soneium games the fishermen flagged once the chain stalled,
including 0xbF81861e0533818F95d27D71252Ec7885E9000f8.
