Dispatches the whitelisted IsmpOptimism.setDisputeGameFactories call that lets Nexus verify OP Mainnet's game type 9 proofs again.

Why

OP Mainnet upgraded to super root dispute games. respectedGameType() is now 9, and the factory at 0xe5965Ab5962eDc7477C8520243A95517CD252fA9 registers only types 5 and 9. Nexus is still configured for types 1 and 8, neither of which the factory carries any more, so every proof is rejected with GameImplsMissing before verification starts.
