This upgrade fixes a critical issue that prevented new collators from registering on the network, along with improvements to cross-chain token transfers and BSC chain verification.

Changes

• Collator registration fix: New collators were unable to complete the registration process due to a ordering conflict between linking a controller account and bonding funds. This has been resolved, and the registration flow now works as documented: link your controller, set session keys, then register as a candidate.
• Token gateway routing improvement: Cross-chain token transfers from Hyperbridge now correctly route to the appropriate address on the destination chain.
