This proposal upgrades the Nexus runtime from version 6_400 to 6_500, changes in this version include:

1. Adds Pallet TokenGateway to the runtime.
2. Adds Pallet Hyperbridge to the runtime.
3. RPC server to speed up bid discovery for intents.
